HELP ON A SERIOUS QUESTION...

ok here it is.... i have read alot bout the laws and such for the med. maryjane here in michigan and here in this town (smal town) a officer states two things(rem he didnt even know how much you can transport, nor how many plants)..ANYWAYS..lets say its 4:00 pm and i have some meds to ease the pain well at 6:00pm i need to run to the store and get a pop can i drive afer the fact? does it state just cant drive and smoke .. i no personally that and 4pm today and 4pm the next day my tch level wii remain the same if continueing to take ur meds... my ? is how are they going to for see you being under the influence? isnt there a line like beer u can drive after drinking 3 beers if ur not over the limit...isnt that under the influance also...whats the line on that please help......and the other is where is public place? meaning u tell me where u can smoke ur meds at and not fear arrest? get back to me please ...

Look i work in law enforcement but dont care about the MM law. Each their own i feel. Its just like driving after drinking. Bars serve you drinks well with in the law, but its DUI that is the problem we know we shouldn’t drive after drinking but we do. If you feel too stoned to drive then dont, but if you do and get stopped cuz ur all over the road or crash its just like drinking and driving only its driving while under the influence a controlled substance being weed. Only thing is you would have togo to hospital to get blood taken and tested and if you dont go then police have to get a court order and it could take hours while you sit in jail. SO like i said you can get into trouble call a friend or wait or get everything you need before, people be smart the law lets you own it and smoke it at home and other places. But under the influence is still under the influence. Be safe all

so i have read ur respons several times and im still unaswerd.. i hear ur saying thats ur treating it like beer and if its not influenceing ur driving ur walknig your shopping ability then ull let it go ... but is that the law? the cops in my towns say if u smoked it u better wait atleast 4 hrs b4 u drive .. i was like f u, well in my head..lol...and he said its under the influence so i brought up thedrinking a few beers and cops lettn u go becouse u wasnt to the limit...WHATS THE LIMIT ON MEDICAL MJ? this needs to be addresed so we the people understand more i typed fast so bare with the spelln
